Contacting WaterData.US is easy. Simply send an email to hydrologyguy@gmail.com. Please give a general description of your data requirements or ask a question. You will receive a response as soon as possible. If additional services from WaterData.US are needed, we will correspond directly to define your requirements in more detail. If appropriate, WaterDataUS will prepare a proposal for your consideration.

If you have questions concerning data at a particular site or a government data product, please contact the provider of the data. They are best suited to provide answers to questions about their products. Web pages generally provide a link to contacts or other help resources, such as Frequently Asked Questions. For example, the U.S. Geological Survey, which manages the National Water Information System, provides contact and help links on their pages at waterdata.usgs.gov. For questions about specific sites, they will usually forward inquires directly to the field office that is responsible for the site.
